Summary:
? As a leader of CGTC (China Grinding Technology Center team), develop and execute plans and projects activities through direct reports and other resources in R&D center, as well as Innovative Materials business units to achieve identifiable and benefits to Bus and their R&Ds.
Responsibilities:
? Develop project plan and annual resources for budgets, etc. Manage the projects and administer the resources based on approved annual budgets and in collaboration with the TSS manager (55%)
? Work closely with Surface Preparation Technology Director in developing plans and programs for long term development of CGTC capabilities in terms of equipment, measurement/ analysis tools, techniques and such resources. Execute agreed upon plan of Innovative Materials R&D Center (20%)
? Work closely with R&D, Application Engineering and Business Unit team in developing a portfolio of project for test method development, customer problem solving and /or new directions for grinding technology research. Facilitate execution of such projects through resources in CGTC and others accessible through external contents such as customer, OEMs, Universities, etch. (10%)
? Develop and administer a program on education training for fostering applications technology skills required for SGA sales and marketing team and other BU needs (10%)
? Strictly follow company EHS& 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in EHS Responsibilities Management Program. (5%)
Requirements:
? At least master degree with Mechanical majors
? At 4 years' related work experiences
? Team management experience
? Good English capability both in written and oral
