职位描述

The Position:
Effectively manage sales pipeline to insure profitable revenue growth of new customers from wide range of industries. The position will focus on cross-border and domestics railway transportation. Work out customized solution as per customer's demand and do implementation activity till hand over to operation team.

Scope:
Work with commercial team as sales support , solution support and project leader for pre-defined projects from different sales channel, including but not limited in GAM, CAM, TSM.
As key project leader, Implementation Manager also may work with various functions and regional teams for project development

Detailed Responsibility
New Business Development
1. Work with commercial team to manage all aspects related to business development process for the region including coordinating with operations, account management and other support departments
2. Identify valuable marketing opportunities and sell railway transportation services, by creative solutions based on core competence to the targeted clients
3. Build up and maintain good relationship with key market player & potential clients, secure new clients and new contracts;
4. Re-approach 'lost' / 'sleeping' accounts in order to dig out new potential opportunities within the sales territory and specified products;
5. To provide all necessary information to the inside sales in order to apply for credit limit and renewal;
6. To be responsible for overdue outstanding and assist CA to clear overdue outstanding;

Solution & Implementation
To deliver core and value-added solutions for customers by demand analysis, solution design, implementing, coordinating and controlling country, cross-functional resources and project teams within budgeted time-lines and costs
1. Keep sensitive on railway marketing development. Dig out potential demand on railway transportation by creative solution.
2. Effectively jointly work with operations to develop valued added solutions for customers.
3. Jointly work with operations to do implementation for new customer and project. Driven SOP set up to fulfill customer's supply train requirement.
4. Work with operation manager to do SOP training.
5. Develop product presentation platform and share it with commercial team to promote railway product.

Qualifications:
1. University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent
2. Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in logistics management;
3. Experienced in coordinate Process Re-engineering and performance improvement program
4. Experienced in Project Management, Process & Operations Management, Customer Management, Business Presentation
5. If familiar with customs affairs especially bonded customs, will be plus.
6. If familiar with railway operation process, will be plus.
7. Customer focused
8. Ability to handle conflict and ambiguity in work situations
9. Self-starter, performance driven with good analytical, planning and time management skills
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Fluent in both written and spoken English
