职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Internal sales (50% of total workload):
Manage all TS documentations and working records (distributor profiles, contract, reports, development plans, customer data, quotation etc.); maintain relationship with existing key customers by phone; cold call to recognize the potential customers among the new applications within TS; follow up project status and communicate with customers services; create sales forecast, opportunities, complain etc., reports in CRM; coordinate and participate the distributors' review and performance management process.
2. Business Development and KAM (50% of total workload):
Responsible for the sales for assigned applications starting from plastics and some other new in the future; coordinate with marketing to conduct market analysis and research in the targeted market segment; identify target customers, develop and implement customer development plan; arrange visits to the identified customers in new applications and implement the sales; planning and organizing the KAs management; sourcing the updated news for KAs in publications and internet.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in major of chemistry;
2. Minimum 1 years experience as sales or marketing related in chemical industry;
3. Responsible, pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Self-motivated with negotiation skills, Organizational skills;
5. Advanced in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
6. Strong MS office skills (excel, word and power point) and experience a MUST;
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
