Responsibilities

Play a key role in developing innovative financial models for clients, concentrating in areas including:
a) M&A and project financing transactions
b) business plans feasibility studies
c) Valuation analysis
d) Pricing and/or costing analysis

Lead financial models review engagements

Support senior staff in the department in running assignments, provide input into valuation parameters and conduct high-level research
Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business modelling according to best practice methodologies

Experience of full lifecycle (end to end, design and implementation of Financial Modelling)

Experience in model development, model validation and analysis, evidenced through practical experience

Experience in supporting business development and bid proposals

Experience in Big 4 accounting firm desirable but not necessary

Good knowledge of IFRS

Experience in leading and mentoring a team

Advanced MS Excel skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with senior management

Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
