Aim of function/工作职责: 完成年度公司销售任务,建设发展销售团队
WORKING TASK
1. 负责完成DS,KA,Export,Parts年度销售任务
2. 销售团队成员的招募、培训、任务制定、工作流程优化、业绩评估
3. 年度销售预算、销售策略制定,价格调整,区域划分,指标分配等宏观销售管理工作
4. 销售员日常工作管理,项目监控,销售价格调控,销售费用控制
5. 出口客户的管理,报价,项目跟踪
6. 市场推广工作的管理与协调
7. 与欧洲总部进行必要的联系
8. 与制造部、行政部协调定单的进展情况
9. To co-ordinate with their customers and their representatives in China to provide good service.
10. To optimally utilize available resources to achieve sales and profit objectives.
11. To work with other departments including engineering, production, quality, in every stage of development to ensure customers' requirements are met.
12. To collect market intelligence and to feedback market information to the company.
REQUIREMENTS
1. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales / marketing and customer service.
2. Engineering background useful.
3. Costing concept also useful.
4. A university degree.
5. Has a stature, and able to command respect.
6. Good business acumen in developing business strategies.
7. Good communication skills and able to follow things through and to attend to details.
8. Mature hands-on and able to co-ordinate with different parties to solve problems and to get things done in a proactive manner.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills on one hand and firm personality on the other.
10. Must be able to work under pressure
11. Conversant in English and Chinese.
