职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Support the implementation of global people development policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the company.
2.Initiate, develop, implement and monitor all specific processes that are linked with development and performance management to drive personal ownership and commitment of own and/or subordinates' career and development management.
3.Jointly with Business and Site HR, provide advice and support to the functional heads and line managers to develop appropriate and realistic career / development plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and company views.
4.Plan, coordinate and prioritize the implementation of the approved development plans of all employees based on the available resources.
5.Participate actively to the People Development Services Network to support the harmonization of global processes and the purchase policy developed in HR.
6.Identify and assess the internal talent pool by using Career Development Centre.
7.Work on key talent development and coordinate the succession plan for key positions.
8.Driver, through active participation and contribution, specific or HR projects to enhance the HR impact to improve the organization effectiveness and business performance.
9.Serve as internal HR counsellor on management teams for people development, performance management and career management
10.Acts as regional recruitment process owner to harmonize all stages of the recruitment process with Business HR, candidates, and recruiting channels' management; supporting the delivery of an excellent recruitment service according to UPM policies and legal requirement with cost efficiency, facilitating the enhancement in processes & procedures of UPM talent pool development.
11.Participates in the planning and management of change situations.
12.Lead her/his team through HR organisational changes
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above.
Above 5 years work experience in the field. Inclusive of managerial experience of at least 2 years.
Fluent English in written and oral.
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
