职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.To develop communications content and tools for internal audiences covering all regions in BAAP.
2.Review editorial schedules, develop and maintain a good media exposure for UPM in Asia Pacific region. Manage media relation to ensure their interests are always properly addressed and our objectives are achieved
3.Manage media interviews, presentation materials and awards programs at internal conference/seminars
4.Draft and edit press release, articles and successful stories to align with company messaging and editorial guidelines
5.Contribute content to all internal communication deliverables such as announcement, presentations, newsletter, info sharing session and websites etc
6.Organize and facilitate events, conferences, and activities within the organization
7.Work with corporate communication team to apply best-in-class tools, technologies and methodologies that will strengthen UPM's internal communication programs
8.Serve as the adviser and gatekeeper for internal proof reading assignment, primarily on all business related articles and documents
9.Manage real time internal & external on-line communications in line with overall business and comms strategy, brand and values
10.Work with UPM e-communication team to ensure regular update and key development of UPM website (Intranet and Internet)
11.Study the on-going trend and development of social media
REQUIREMENTS
1.University degree or MBA would be a plus
2.Major in English, business management, communications, journalism or marketing
3.Minimum 5 years related experience in employee communications or public relationships or marketing communication, digital experience (online and social media) would be a plus
4.English language with outstanding writing skills, a sample article in both language is required
5.Proficient in office applications, experience in SharePoint would be a plus
6.Desire to work in a big organization with global matrix that is experiencing a great deal of transformation
7.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
8.Project management skills - able to manage multiple projects and demands at a time with high level of attention to details
9.Solid writing and editing skills with experience writing for the web, writing/editing newsletters and preparing key messages and speaking notes for management team
10.Effective working relationship with team members and managers across geographical locations.
11.A solid understanding of corporate communications and organizational development principles and best practices
12.Flexible and comfortable with change
