JOB TITLE Valuation Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsibilities

Perform business and intangible valuation particularly for financial reporting purpose and merger & acquisition assignments

Produce and analyze financial model and business information

Assist in pitching for new work, including the preparation and presentation of documentation

Support the senior staff of the department running assignments, provide input into the valuation parameters and conduct high level research
Experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in business valuations

Strong experience in financial reporting purpose valuation including calculation of value-in-use and valuation of intangible assets

Good understanding of business dynamics and its key value drivers

Sound technical knowledge and the capability to apply up-to-date valuation methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with senior management

Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is essential
