职位描述
- Monitor the sales performance to achieve AO targets of volume, gross margin, new distributor development and distributor network restructure
- Ensure the sales force follow the company sales strategies, in terms of product mix, focus segment, focus provinces etc. and implement all the marketing tools in fields
- Make sure all the local budget expense are well controlled and organized, the resources are optimized to help sales performance and brand awareness
- Coach, evaluate and develop sales force to ensure a long term organizational development
- Evaluate and appoint distributors in a systematic way, control and discontinue when necessary.
- Liaise with marketing department to develop and implement the brand, channel and product strategy of for AO business.
Contribute to management to develop AO sales strategy and plans to be in line with the overall organizational goals, changing market and competition
