?EASE (Elekta Approved Simplified English) Implementation for all Techncial Publications.
?From English point view, Editor can review the manual to make sure that the manual has better quality. This can cooperate with Crawley colleagues to release manual more quicker.
?Editor can review the all work instructions of FCO, and make sure that work instructions from the others departments can be better quality to release.
?Translation co-operation with Media service for Elekta BMEI.
?Knowledge base management for internal and external (Website).
?Implement GIM project for Elekta BMEI.
“RESPONSIBILITIES AND HIRING REQUIREMENTS 职责和录用条件” (Using e.g. bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role.
?Collaborate with Documentation department of Elekta UK Product Supply Center (PSC) to make sure that all English Technical Publications, which are produced by China PSC, are satisfied with Elekta Global’s standard.
?Collaborate with designers and Technical specialists, who can be Software engineer, Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, and Service engineer etc., to make sure that all technical content produced in the English publications must be Fit for intended us, and make sure that Language is correct and effectively conveys the technical message to Service User.
?Collaborate with Clinical Product Specialists to make sure that all content produced in the English publications must be Fit for intended us, and make sure that Language is correct and effectively conveys the technical message to Clinical User.
?Collaborate with Safety Engineer to make sure that all publications are satisfied with Safety compliance.
?Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) department to make sure that all publications are satisfied with IEC, Legal and Regulatory compliance.
?Collaborate with Media Center of Elekta UK PSC to support all translation of Technical publications.
?Proactively obtain and collate design information as source material for the creation of required publications of E-BMEI product line.
?Ensure that the all technical publications are completed in accordance with agreed timetable.
