职位描述

Daily work assistant of China Procurement & Supply Chain Management (with regard to normal purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management) according to the departmental strategy nd tactics plans.

? Assist team to select, implement and manage suppliers according to the sourcing policies, processes and procedures.
? Prepare, send-out, receive and review Request For Quotations.
? Raise and place Purchase Orders on suppliers as required by the team, internal customers and departments and the Purchasing Manager.
? Continuous communication with suppliers to ensure timely progress and delivery and assist team to ensure compliance with schedules and project deliverables.
? Assist team and department with administrative support and services as required.
? Document management and tracking including sending, confirmation and receiving back of relevant documents, drawings, supplier files, etc. as required.
? Development, organization and management of various files, folders, filing lists and creation, recording and management of related records in hard and electronic format.
? Maintain all system parameters for suppliers, supplier records and parts as per departmental and company policies, processes and procedures.
? Collate and distribute data, reports and charts as necessary.
? Regular and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reporting as required.
? Processiong, recording and filing for requisitions and approvals forms including travel, accommodations, leave, time keeping , and over time working, etc. as required.
? Colate and Manage the departmental travel schedules.
? Support and promote good teamwork in the department and across functions and act in line with the Elekta Values and behaviours
? Continuously strive to improve efficiencies and drive down cost for the business.
? To take ownership of particular assigned tasks and manage all assigned tasks, escalating areas of concern.
? Represent Purchasing function as required.
? On-going training as required for the fulfillment of the job and on-going development

? Raise Purchase Requisitions for signing.
? Raise Purchase Orders and pass to Buyer and or Purchasing Manager for signing.
? Raise Applications for the uise of the Purchasing Chop and the Company Chop for signing by the Purchasing Manager or Director.

? College degree or above (engineering, science, business administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
? 1-2 years’ experience in an electro-mechanical product manufacture company as junior buyer, buyer assistant, planner, customer service or management assistant.
? Good command of written and spoken English.
? Good organization, communication and time management skills
? Competant computer knowledge and skilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel etc)
? Basic knowledge in engineering BOM and mechanical or electric drawing is advantagous.
? Experience of purchasing assistant or project management assistant is advantagous.
? Experience from working in multi-national company preferred.
? Diligence, self-motivation and self-improvement driven
? strong teamwork spirit
? Willing and able to travel as required
