Title: HRM - Workforce Administration, PRC
Reports to: Senior HR Manager
Location: Beijing
Lead vendor team to provide basic HR services to PRC FTEs located in all cities other than BJ. Manage vendor’s SLA to ensure consistent services are delivered, business requirements are well supported in a compliant way and good employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build up local HR service capabilities in Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, - Shandong, Sichuan, Hunan and Liaoning province, and other locations as necessary.
- Manage local vendor’s performance, including:
- Set Service Level Agreement and ensure service quality;
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are well implemented in responsible locations;
- Ensure implementation is consistency among different locations;
- Supervise vendor onsite, provide trainings to vendor team, solve problems as necessary;
- Monitor vendor’s service level and guarantee legal compliance, including p-file setup, social benefit transfer and contribution etc.
- Work with vendors on HuKou application for campus hires
- Work with vendors to ensure special working time system in responsible locations get approved by government.
- Support local ER case resolution.
- Support any emergency case occurred in responsible locations. Leverage local vendor and government resources to settle down the case.
- Monitor local HR related regulations and provide solutions for problems.
- Collaborate with other HR teams, other supporting functions and business team to understand and support local business requirements.
- Actively participate GHRO projects and local projects to facilitate local implementation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years HR experiences including 3 years in workforce administration.
- Master degree in related field is preferred.
- Strong vendor management capability is required.
- Strong execution capability is required.
- Be able to manage customer service requirements.
- A good team player who is result orientated. The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Excellent English with both oral and writing.
