职位描述

Position: China Sales Director-World Famous Manufacturing Company

Report to: General Manager (Foreigner)

Subordinate: 10-15 People

Industry: Communication Industry

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

? Under the instruction of agreed business strategic policy, develop and implement agreed plan to promote sustainable sales revenue, manage sales activities in accordance with agreed budget.

? Day-to-day coordination of all manufacturing activities, priorities, resources, issues.

? Ensure meeting KPIs or develop and implement plans to meet them on time.

? Develop staff leadership and skills.

Sales Management:

? Review sales activities with area managers, determine progress, status and action plan.

? Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resource and/or revenues for the company with area manager.

? Promote positive relations with key account.

? Establish and implement short-term and long-term sales budget.

Internal coordination:

? Ensure quality delivery of products and service as committed to customers.

? Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results with management team.

? Globe key account activity coordination.

Others

? Monitor all the spending variances in sales team.

? Sample development monitor.

? New market development.

Organization

? Conduct Performance Evaluation and Development Plan Review for the team members.

? Identification of high-potentials with their development plan.

? Keep his/her team members fully abreast of any development within the business and organization.

Requirements:

? Recognized university or above in science, business or marketing field.

? More than 6 years experience in business management.

? Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to motivate teams to reach the target.

? Cross culture background.

? Experience in strategic plan and executions.

? Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.

? Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
