Position: Project Manager -World Famous manufacture Company

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Operation VP



Responsibilities

1. PROJECT PLANNING AND DESIGNATIONS

Analyzing the business needs/requirements in measurable goals
Manage the project within defined financial targets (budget, target costing).
Identifying deliverables and creating the work breakdown structures
Identifying the activities needed to complete those deliverables and networking the activities in their logical sequence;
Estimating time and cost for activities
Developing the schedule and the budget
2. PROJECT MONITORING AND CONTROLLING

Measuring the ongoing project activities ('where we are')
Monitoring the project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc) against the project management plan and the project performance baseline ('where we should be')
Identify corrective actions to address issues and risks properly (How can we get on track again);
Influencing the factors that could circumvent integrated change control so only approved changes are implemented.
3. PROJECT COORDINATIONS

Ensure compliance with all applicable law during the project implementations.
Work with consultant to manage the macro Engineering program including drawing schedules, and prototype builds and schedules. Ensure that prototype builds occur at the Center of Excellence. Ensures design reviews take place, and that the appropriate personnel participate.
Work with central purchasing team to ensure all procurement activities comply with the valid processes and regulations.
work with operations team to ensure simultaneous producing, machines transferring & constructing between existing plants and new site,
Requirements

· Qualification in project management or equivalent

· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

· Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

· Direct work experience in project management capacity

· Proven experience in people management

· Proven experience in planning, risk management, and change management

· Proficient in project management software

· Project/ Process: 3 years of project manager experience with profit/loss responsibility, additional 2 years core team member in projects

· Leadership: Team sized managed: min. 2 years > 3 team members

· Intercultural: Compulsory, has worked in multinational teams
