工作职责

领导门店团队为VAI的顾客和伙伴营造和维持“VAI体验”，以取得VAI的成功。负责门店的日常营运，始终确保给顾客提供优质的冰淇淋和咖啡，管理门店的财务业绩以及负责店内的安全和保安管理。门店经理需要定期为门店的总体营运管理制定决策，尤为重要的是，门店经理的时间主要用于监督和指导工作，对员工编制进行决策（例如：招聘、培训、评估、人员编制和计划安排等），指导和发展团队以确保顾客的满意度和产品质量，带领团队能始终传递品牌标准和完美的顾客体验。

学历要求

大专或以上学历

需要具备的知识、技能和能力

3年以上的相关行业营运管理经验

具有国际餐饮品牌连锁工作经验者优先

优秀的领导组织能力，设立工作团队的目标

优秀的计划、组织、实施、发展营运目标的能力

管理实践与流程方面的知识

较强解决问题的能力

处理机密和敏感信息的能力

有良好的沟通能力，富有团队合作精神

对经济敏感，善于思考并提出建设性想法

管理各种资源以确保始终能达到标准服务水平的能力

英语良好，与外籍顾客交流无障碍

Job Title: Store Manager

Report to: District Manager

Location: Beijing Indigo

Job Summary and Mission

This job contributes to VAI success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the VAI Experience for our customers and partners. Overall responsibility for the running of the store, ensuring that every customer receives a great scoop of gelato, or a nice cup of coffee. Besides, managing the store's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store. Additionally, the store manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), coaching and developing the team to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. Finally, leading staffs to deliver our brand standards and a great customer experience through the ordinary work.

Qualifications

College degree or above

Summary of Key Responsibilities

3 year or above managing experience in related industry

Priority to those got experience in an international chain

Outstanding team leadership to set goals for the work group

Ability of planning, organizing, executing, and developing operation goals

Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Good sense of finance, good thinker with constructive ideas

Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times

Good command of oral English

Honesty, passion and sense of responsibility
