Duties and responsibilities:

1. Prepare documents for import and expert shipment

准备进出口相关单据

2. Coordinate with broker for the declaration

协助报关行进行货物申报

3. Check DUTY and VAT. Cooperate with Finance to complete the duty and VAT payment in time and pledge the cargo release earlier.

税单审核，与财务沟通协作及时完成税款的支付，保障及时到货。

4. Assist import inspection issues

处理进口报检相关事宜

5. Cooperate with Finance for the abroad payment

协助财务完成对外付汇

6. Use E-Port Payment system, and declare tax.

使用电子口岸支付系统,进行税款申报

7. Coordinate with SAFE

与对外管理局沟通协调, 逾期付汇报备

8. Other work assigned by manager.

Requirement:

1. Background of international trade

国际贸易背景

2. Familiar with import and export process, especially imports.

With the certificate of Declaration is preferred.

熟悉进出口流程, 尤其是进口流程, 有报关员资质者优先

3. With Experience of China E-Port operation

具备海关电子口岸操作经验

4. 5 years or above related experience.

5年以上相关工作经验
