1.Prepare Survey Kits for salespersons the day before the survey, make sure all the documents are ready for survey.

2.Key in customers' basic information into MMS which includes but not limited to name, company, telephone, address, e-mail and agent's information if any. If it's found to be a new company, inform marking manager who will assign an account manager simultaneously.

3.Prepare costing sheet after survey, which includes but not limited to destination rate request, ocean freight inquiry and any other services like special crating, multiple pick-up/delivery, antique inspection, piano handling, handyman service etc.

4.Key in the system of quotations & type quotations.

5.Log and update white board on time to arrange surveys.

Education Requirement:

1. College degree
2. Prefer major in English
3. 1 year working experience on customer service industry would be a plus
4. English level CET 4 or above,

Skill Requirement:

1. pleasant personality
2. excellent command of both written of both writtern & spoken English
3. strong in co-ordination skills
4. capable of working independently
5. willing to work under pressure
