Job Description:
1. Conduct daily on-site quality control visit and follow up
2. Conduct daily telephone quality control call and follow up
3. Collect completed quality control form and prepare the weekly QC report
4. Key in customer feedback register log and prepare monthly feedback report and chart
5. Follow up with the feedback with excellent score and below "3" score
6. Plan and process training.

Requirement:
1. pleasent personality
2. excellent command of both written and spoken English
3. strong in co-ordination skills
4. capable of working independently
5. willing to work under pressure
6. willing to work out of office.
7. at least 2 year experience in customer service
8. presentable appearence
