Job Responsibilities

1. Installation and commissioning a wide range of machines.

2. Respond to technical problems relating to provide trouble shooting and maintenance, retrofit, software updated in a timely manner.

3. Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate manager with machines' reliability

4. Ensure correct spare parts number

5. Self-improvement of technical skills

6. Focus customer satisfaction

7. Team-working spirit.

8. Experience on mechanical construction.

9. Application experience on the milling machines.

Basic Qualifications

1. College or University graduate major in mechanical/electronic(al)

2. 2+years of machine tool experience

3. Experience in machine tool industry as service engineer is preferred

4. Strong service sense with hands on experience in the technical problem solving, and client relationship maintenance

5. High efficiency

6. Good reporting abilities, ability to work under challenge and pressure

7. Good command of spoken & written English is preferred*

8. Be willing to travel frequently

9. Good communication skills with the customers and colleagues.

2. 负责售后机床的维修，翻新，软件定期升级等工作

3. 独立解决客户所购买设备的软、硬件故障；提供现场服务、故障处理；

4. 独立解答客户的技术问题，提供电话、邮件技术支持等

5. 具备机械设计， 高速加工中心应用等方面经验者优先

职位要求：

1. 大专或大学本科以上学历；

2. 电子工程、机电一体化或自动控制等相关专业；

3. 具备两年以上的售后服务工作经验；

4. 熟练应用英语，能阅读、翻译技术手册；

5. 良好的沟通及团队协作能力；

6. 自我学习能力请， 能熟练使用办公软件

7. 独立处理、解决问题的能力

8. 能适应频繁的工作出差

9. 良好的沟通能力， 具备团队合作精神
