- For our Siemens Real Estate (SRE) we are looking for a Design & Layout Senior Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
Introduction
Mission of Function
- Control and monitor the implementation and adaptation of Siemens corporate design standards incl. Corporate Architecture,
- Orientation System, Logo
- Provide / Checking the floor plan and design solutions for both SLC and OC office.
- Expert of knowledge of space definiton and space database, space allocation and charge.
- Support SRE Asset Management in NEA cluster, mainly about workplace space utilization monitoring.

What are my responsibilities?
Task
- Maintaining and Updating Space Management in eFMS/Aperture
- Control of office interior design and floor plan incl. new set up, re-decoration and internal moving
- Support SRE Asset Management in NEA cluster in both operation and projects, mainly about
workplace, space, fit out project.
- Control and monitor the implementation and adaptation of Siemens /SRE corporate design
- Manage small scale office fit out projects.

Experiences
- 5 years of professional experience as designer or related function areas
- Skillful office layout planning and office design competence
- CAD skill is a must, sketchup, photoshop is preferred.
- With adequate experience as contributor for renovation project
- At least 3 years working experience in foreign enterprises/organization or 1 year living abroad
