Objective of job

• Effective & efficient customer complaint handling; coordinate with regional offices (RO) legal counsels, PR, business units (BU) on customer complaint regarding to aftersales

Qualification required

• Diploma in a Technical Engineering Discipline or equivalent. Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, of those 1-2 years of after sales or customer service working experience in MB environment or automotive industry.
• Customer and Market Orientated attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Receptive to foreign culture. Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic product knowledge; business correspondence; retail/wholesale operation

Task designation

• Handling of customer inquiries and complaints from the markets incl. field service activities and negotiation with customer if necessary.
• Crisis management of most serious cases/situation for brand protection and market stability. Provide efficient and effective resolution.
• Coordination with relevant function/teams (RO, Tech, PR, Legal, etc.) for consolidation and progress monitoring
• Market monitoring and report of emergency, sensitive issues, etc.

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
