Archibat Asia正在为一家法资跨国集团公司北京办事处寻找一名隔断墙销售,该公司现拥有三十二间分公司,遍布于世界各地,主要从事于办公室建材如活动间隔墙, 办公室高隔间之产品研发、生产及配送服务的大型专业级公司。
Role and objectives
Acquire business
Identify projects (through networking and other sources)
Select projects with significant opportunities
Establish relationship with the whole spectrum of stakeholders for each selected project:
End user (top management, purchasing, project management…)
Architect, Interior Designers
Contractors
Agents
Acquire all relevant project information
Customize sales strategy for each project
Prepare quotations (with the assistance of GM and Technical Manager)
Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
Qualifications:
Aged between 30’s to 40’s with over 5 years experience in same or related industries.
Will be based in Shanghai but regular trips to other cities for project development
Solid background in high-end manufactured products and related services, preferably in similar partition business, construction material or furniture business.
Excellent sales track record with both MNC and local Chinese clients, ideally in office projects
Successful record in developing effective network
Ability to think and act strategically
Pioneer spirit, autonomous, able to operate with little back up support.
Effective team player, willing to communicate, address critical issues
Optimistic and persistent
Good command of English (written and oral)
