JOB SUMMARY:

1） Ensure big potential customers to better understand all IDEXX ranges

2） Leverage Water business technical support and customer service to build up IDEXX brand

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1） Provide big potential customers with the comparison tests against the traditional method to push them try or use more IDEXX products.

2） Assist influential customers to accomplish tests and offer technical support on emergency cases or government projects

3） Be responsible for Filta-Max training, on-site installation and maintenance

4） Assist Marketing & sales team to organize national and regional seminars

5） Increase Filta-Max awareness in China by early training on potential customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

a) B/S or equivalent required and major in biology preferred

b) Laboratory operation certificate and other relevant certificate preferred

EXPERIENCE:

a) At least 1 years working experience on technical support or Laboratory work

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

a) Demonstrated excellence in technical support and Laboratory operation skill

b) Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

c) Good at English reading comprehension

d) Competency in presentation and communication skills

e) Willingness to travel
