Irrespective of product focus each individual will bring deep consulting expertise including thought leadership, strategic consulting and solutioning experience in the area of mobility. Furthermore the candidates must have extensive industry experience in China and speak fluent Mandarin together with business level English.

Job Description
Strategy Consultants in the Mobility Practice are professionals with the capability to develop and articulate strategic thinking based on clients’ understanding of mobility crafting strategies and frameworks enabling clients’ to transform and maximize business benefits in the area of mobility. You will use your strategic business consulting skills to work with clients in project teams through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. Lead or as a team member support client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus on execution and on making that strategy a reality. Consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, and assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. Construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment.

Qualifications
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Senior Strategy Consultant candidates, including intellectual ability, excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.
The candidate will typically have:
A good degree, preferably with an MBA, MS, or? PhD
7 to 10 years of experience with a combination? of industry and consulting work showing progressive promotion and outstanding academic achievement
Business-level fluency in English and? Mandarin
International work experience?
Strategy experience in mobility preferred and? otherwise in the areas of operations, technology, finance, productivity or organizational change
Possession of excellent oral and written? communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
