Our client is one of world top 5 market research firms, specialized in brand equity, advertising, media and marketing communications research. It provides research and consulting services to leading global and Chinese brands with over 70 offices in about 50 countries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic market research professional to join our Research Team.
Location: Shanghai / Beijing / Guangzhou
Package: Negotiable
In this role you'll be responsible for:
？ Serving key accounts
？ Maintaining client relations in a responsible manner, developing good relationships with the clients, promoting client oriented attitudes among the team members
？ Independent and impelling acquisition of new business, achieving team KPIs, e.g. revenue, profit, etc.
？ Responsibility of planning and controlling the cost center independently; stimulating factor for achieving profit
？ Responsibility for the conception of market research studies; counseling, Gate keeper of the projects conducted by the team members in terms of P&L and quality deliverables. Responsible for giving presentations to important clients and in important events.
？ Optimizing processes in a responsible way, supervising their feasibility
？ Extending and developing the service portfolio of the department in a responsible manner
？ Conceiving and performing marketing activities/PR for one's own division in a responsible manner
？ Extensive management competence and strong leadership.
？ Supporting and growing team members.
Required Experience/Skills:
? At least 7 years experience in Client Service
? Proven marketing (research) knowledge
? Proven moderator experience in Quali research
? Proven knowledge of qualitative products and philosophy (if being promoted internally)
? Experience in leadership and team management, including staff development
? Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and develop business
? Project management - monitors research progress and directs all stakeholders to complete assigned projects based on client requirement; anticipates and resolves issues relating to support department operations and maintains quality control
? Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills
? Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Chinese essential
