Job Summary & Objectives：
Responsible for the planning and implementation of A&P projects for the designated brands in China in accordance with the Company’s direction and objectives. Supervise the budget spending status and ensure effective control of A&P budget.

Main Duties：
1.Plan and execute of regional A&P projects. Provide supervisory support to regional team on assigned A&P projects and tasks.
2.Control regional A & P budget for the designated brands, provide regular budget update to ensure effective control and payment processing of A&P spending.
3.Provide constant market updates on competitors’ activities and market intelligence.
4.Searching for potential sponsorship opportunities to strengthen brand presence in outdoor, sports and lifestyle segment.
5.Work closely with regional VM team to ensure consistent and quality retail presence within the regions.
6.Maintain good relationship with regional media, agencies and celebrity contact to strengthen brands’ awareness and increase brands’ relevance to target groups.
7.Participate in tradeshow preparation. Provide regional A&P training to retailers in regular basis.

Knowledge & skill:
1.Advertising knowledge, media buy & plan, merchandising and display knowledge, good presentation and communication skills, supervisory skill, capable of using major software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, etc., fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Education, qualification & special training:
Tertiary education majored in marketing management or business administration

Experience:
Minimum 5 years solid working experience in A & P and at least 2 year at supervisory level

1.Proactive, result-oriented, hard-working, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, creative, good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and sporty
2.Good health condition.
