Job Description:

Overall

? Execute all promotion programs and display / VM plan in SH, following regional direction within given budget
? Maintain close relationship with media / stakeholders in SH
? Responsible for all administrative work

PR

? Handle daily media enquiries (publications in SH)
? Manage press samples
? Monitor key publications in SH for our own and other brands’ PR coverage & advertising on a regular basis, share with China teams all useful clippings

Mall Promotion

? Maintain close contact with mall marketing
? Handle marketing / promotional enquiries and requests from mall
? Ensure our brand exposure in all possible mall’s communication

VM & Operation

? Assist in executing VM / display plans from regional team
? Assist in monitoring merchandising display and display activities, making sure all work is delivered on brief and on time
? Keep a neat and tidy record of all launched shop and merchandising display work
? Closely coordinate with retail team for shop promotion and display materials
? Handle day-to-day shop enquiries / requests

CRM

? Manage local VIP stationary printing, replenishment, and inventory
? VIP forms handling
? VIP data entry
? VIP card, birthday card, birthday coupons or other VIP promotion communications mailing
? Execute regional VIP promotion plan in SH
? Monitor VIP recruitment progress in weekly basis

Premium

? Manage premium delivery logistics, premium replenishment, and premium inventory
? Monitor the premium redemption in weekly basis



Requirements

? Degree holder
? At least a year experience in retail industry (preferably marketing field)
? Good command of written Chinese and English
? Able to work independently
? Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
? Immediate availability is preferred
