工作职责：

·伴随公司业务发展，不断开发并实施物流和服务策略。

·在负责区域内，建立高效经济的物流网，计划合理路线以达到节省成本和满足客户要求的目标。

·建立并实施物流团队建设和管理。

·为客户保持高标准的仓储和运输条件，确保服务准时和客户满意

·负责收取发送货物的准确性和有效的运输能力，提高车辆的运行效率。

·聚焦自主型和外包型运输工具管理，严格控制成本且确保高标准服务。

·专注于高效、经济且能满足所有客户要求的日常工作计划实施。

·负责所管辖劳务工的培训和工作安排，合理调配，达到绩效考核标准。

任职资格：

·5年以上物流管理经验

·愿意承担责任和独立工作

·很强的物流开发能力、领导能力和沟通能力

·熟悉城市派送

·良好的计算机操作能力和办公软件操作能力

·大学专科或以上文化程度

管理结构：

汇报上级工厂洗涤经理；下属物流专员1人、车队长1人，OSP25人、司机16人；管理人数合计43人。

绩效考核关键指标：

物流成本的控制（每公斤布草的运输成本），缺失物品的赔偿，客户投诉，制度执行、部门的沟通配合和所管理劳务工的绩效考核实施。
