Responsibilities:

Provides legal counsel to company operations in Asia Pacific Region regarding a wide range of
business matters;
Reviews and drafts commercial agreements and other legal documents for company operations in Asia
Pacific Region;
Identifies, analyzes and manages legal risks which would adversely impact on achievement of company.
business objectives in the region;
Assists in the protection of company's legitimate interests regarding legal actions and claims made by
or against third parties;
Provides company secretarial support to company operations in the region;
Provides other pertinent legal services as required.

Job requirements：
LL.B. degree from a recognized Chinese law school;
Minimum 8 legal experience with well-respected law firms or multinational companies;
PRC legal profession qualification required;
Good command of English;
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills;
Overseas educational and/or professional experience not required, but certainly a plus
