职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

· Generating strategic selling efforts in identifying, targeting and penetrating strategic accounts/portfolio(big local enterprises and/or government-linked companies in China)
· Through a consultative engagement process, aligning the company's expertise, capabilities and solutions with the business challenges, initiatives, goals and objectives and key success factors of these strategic accounts.
· Adopting a structured approach in ensuring consistent and continuous prospecting efforts that includes referral networking, direct contacts, customers' event, seminars etc.
· Develop and facilitate high & wide contacts points within the buying centers of these strategic accounts and effectively managing the People, Process and Politics within such buying centers.
· Ensuring an early visibility of business opportunities through such contacts and facilitating early engagement of potential contacts within the buying centers to pre-spec the company's offers.
· Ensuring on-time input/updates/feedback of key data/information of these strategic accounts in accordance to corporate requirements and management processes and systems.
· Nurturing and positioning the required internal resources and capacities to ensure total customers' satisfactions.
· Developing winning value propositions and delivering customer-centric sales discussions/presentations.
· The intricacies of business issues and being sensitive to latest trends and developments within the dominant industries, as well as that of those strategic accounts/portfolios.



Requirements:

· 6-8 Years of sales experience in China's complex business environment with proven experiences in selling and sales management roles (preferably in selling intangibles, corporate services or in consulting/training services).
· Proven track records in a strategic selling or business development role.
· Good understanding of China's government-linked or big local companies' corporate culture and decision-making process.
· Good contacts with China's HR or L&D community is a definite plus.

Academic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business/marketing from leading China universities required.
· Post-Graduate degrees in business, learning development or organizational development will be an additional plus.

Personal Skills:
· Strong written verbal communication, and presentation skills.
· Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
· Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment and demonstrating sound business judgment, common sense and insight.
· Strong customer-centric selling skills.
· Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively.
· Perseverant and upbeat, with insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed.
