职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies according to company business growth plan
New supplier sourcing and build up strategic partnership with major suppliers
New material sourcing and continuously widen the product range
Work closely with the Sales Department in order to meet customer requirements
Proactively suggest new solutions and new materials to sales team
Proactively feedback new market trend and new packaging technologies
Price and contract negotiations with suppliers
Push and improve Supplier Performance
Complete tasks assigned by Sweden headquarter.
Develop an effective supply chain system and smooth up internal/external procedures
Staff motivation for the purchasing team
Requirements:
University Degree or above in Business Administration/ Management or other applicable fields
Minimum 8 years relevant sourcing or purchasing working experience with at least 5 years management role experience
Ability to build up strategic partnership with suppliers
Experience from working with packaging materials is a plus
Experience from a western company environment
Strong leadership skill
Good negotiation skills and problem solving skills
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English both in oral and writing
Flexible with traveling
