职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Develop new dealers and dealer management in South and East China region
Work proactively with both dealers and end customers, to identify their short-term as well as long-term needs
Assist dealers with market positioning, market segmentation as well as arranging marketing and sales promotions
Develop, implement and follow up the sales plan and sales budget.
Work actively with increasing marketing and sales activities within the sales area
Quotation and bidding management
Prepare presentation materials as needed for internal communications or customer meetings.
Work together with service or technical engineers to provide the customer with a high quality service.
Work closely with Purchasing and Logistic departments to meet customer requirements and handle claims.
Follow up delivery and payment
Ensure that market information as well as quality problems are communicated to the Head Office.
Requirements:
University degree or above, preferably in cow farming, sales/marketing or other related fields.
Experienced/senior sales manager in mechanical sales, preferred in cow farming industry or major competitors.
Experience in dealer management and development.
Existing relations with the local government or dairy association is preferred.
Ability to build relationships with key customers that are both on high levels and medium levels within their organizations.
Good communications skills and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience from a western company environment
Willing to travel extensively, maybe half of working time
