Job Description
Finance Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage routine accounting with A/R, A/P, and invoicing etc
- Manage Tax reporting including Individual, VAT and Company profit
- Manage the annual audit, liaison with the auditing firm
- Provide monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting of results and cash-flow
- Follow-up expense, reimbursement and cost control
- Assist Sweden in the operational analysis of the business
- Analyze monthly financial performance and report information to General Manager and Head office in Sweden
- Make yearly budget and monthly breakdown, and follow up variance with actual
- Improve cash flow and work actively with A/R.
- Development and implementation of internal control systems
- Ensure compliance to finance related government rules and regulations including tax and banking.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll and social benefit package for staff
- Follow up commission list

Requirements
- University business accounting/ finance graduate.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance
- Experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and monthly close processes.
- Experience from sales/service business is preferred
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong leadership skills to ensure implementation of policies, procedures and when necessary, corrective actions.
- Strong IT application skills and familiar with software like Kingdee
- Experience from working in a foreign company environment
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact at all levels across cultures.
- Chinese CPA
