维护主管
Mission:
To be responsible for building facility and process equipment maintenance and repair, to ensure all of equipment and facility run in good condition.
Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

1 Building facility maintenance & repair:
? Be responsible to prepare the annual maintenance plan for building facility (such as A/C system, fire system, power supply system, building management system, access control system, CCTV and compress air system etc.) to ensure all building facility can run with proper & timely maintenance.
? Plan, coordinate and follow up with relevant subcontractor to ensure effective maintenance in place for all building facility.
? Manage subcontracted in house service (Electrician) with performing of hand-on check and maintenance by daily/weekly/monthly on building and facilities
? Be responsible for repair of building facility, including internal repair or external repair if necessary.

2. Process equipment maintenance:
? Be responsible to prepare the annual maintenance plan for all process equipment (such as cleaning and test machine for subassembly, dielectric and continuity test instrument, all repair equipments, consumables filing & package machine, forklift and warehouse package machines etc.) to ensure all process equipment can run with proper & timely maintenance.
? Plan, coordinate and follow up with relevant subcontractor to ensure effective maintenance in place for all process equipment.
? Following to group PE or site ME instruction, develop equipment maintenance process and SOP. Provide training to operators of daily maintenance (i.e. 1st level of maintenance) for process equipment
? Manage subcontracted in house service (Electrician) with performing of hand-on check and maintenance by daily/weekly/monthly on process equipment.
? Be responsible for repair of process equipment, including internal repair or external repair if it is really necessary.

3. Others:
? Effectively manage all subcontract service contracts related building and equipment maintenance.
? Responsible filing for all equipment and facility; ensure accurate record keeping of files regarding the maintenance and repair for facility and equipment.
? Be responsible for all compliance application and ensure all equipment & facility meet with statutory requirements.
? Propose budget for maintenance and repair, monitor & control relevant cost to ensure cost effective.
? Involve various supply chain project (such as: PTM, new process deployment or lean manufacture etc) to support for equipment & facility preparation.
Position/Job Requirements:
Education/Training Required:
? Preferably a degree in industrial engineering (e.g. electronic or automation)
? With bachelor degree from an university

Work Experience Required:
? Engineering background
? Good knowledge & experience for equipment and facility maintenance or repair
? 3 years experience on similar position
Team management skills
Knowledge
? 5S knowledge
? WORD, PPT and excel
? Must be able to speak and write English.
Skills:
? Strong manual (hand-on) skills
? Good communication / influencing skills (Train, run, motivate working sessions with both internal & overseas teams)
? Ability to work on own initiative

能读写英语，熟练word 、excel 和ppt
知道5S、动手能力强、工作主动创新
