Job Description:
1. Assist commercial and customer service teams with administrative duties including filing and data entries
2. Handle customer in-bound phone calls and enquiries
3. Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by manager

Requirements:
1. Form 5 or above
2. At least 2 years of working experience (candidates with logistics. sales or customer services field experience will be advantage)
3. Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Office
4. High adaptability to dynamic environment
5. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
6. Independent, well-organized team player with strong communication skills
7. Working location: nearby PVG airport
