Purpose of the Job:
To build up a head-quarter call-center for wholesale chain, thereby operate coordination between dealer and internal functions to ensure service levels and efficiency. 在经销商和公司之间建立一种高效的优质服务。

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Entry point of all customer inquiries, follow up on requests, complaints etc. 接受电话、邮件中客户反馈的问题，并对问题进行处理反馈。
- Run a comprehensive customer service call center保证呼叫中心的日常运营。
- Competent handling and fast response of all kind of inquiries能及时发现客户的需求及意见，并记录提报。
- Track customer order fulfilment and shipment.跟踪客户订单的处理情况。
- Coordinate with internal resources (i.e. finance, logistics/operations, marketing, training, sales department) 协调各个部门反馈处理结果并与客户沟通
- Other assignments by superior其他上级委派的任务

Basic Education: Bachelor degree 本科学历

Work Experience: At least 2-year working experience in customer service function 2年以上客户服务工作经验。

Personal Competencies:
-Solution orientation, not problem orientation解决问题的能力
-Initiative 主动性
-Service concept 服务意识

Social Competencies:
-Accountability, reliability有责任心、有耐心
-Listening and understanding 善于倾听和理解

Language(s) / Level:
English and Chinese
Good both in oral and written良好的英语听说写能力。

IT skills: Good at computer office software operations熟悉Office软件的应用

Further Requirements:
ERP knowledge of advantage熟悉ERP系统
