Responsibilities
-To be responsible for FM new product updating and internal training (including hearing aid training).负责无线调频产品更新和内部培训。
- To be responsible for project after-sales service management.负责项目售后服务管理。
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining FM repair system, coordinating with repair department in HQ.负责建立和维护无线调频维修体系，与总部维修部协调维修事宜。
- To be responsible for establishing and managing project service spot at required places.根据要求，负责建立和管理项目服务网点。
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining after-sales service policies, processes and filling. 负责建立和维护售后服务政策，流程和文档。
- To be responsible for technical support through telephone.通过电话给予相关技术支持。
- To be trainer backup for salesman at customer seminar.
- To be responsible for providing technical service if necessary.
- Other assignments by the superior.上级主管交给的其他工作。


Qualification
-College degree above, majoring in hearing大专以上学历，听力学专业
-5 years sales experience or above, with the knowledge of hearing aid industry experiences is a must. 五年以上销售工作经历，有助听器行业工作经历。
-Working experiences in deaf school is referred有聋校工作经验佳
- Ability to work under pressure能承受工作压力
- Willingness to perform and result orientation业绩良好，以结果为导向
- Customer oriented 有良好的客户服务意识
- Credibility诚信
- Integration and contribution in team有团队合作经验
- Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通能力
