职位描述

岗位职责:
1、与帕斯卡公司国际市场部合作制订“帕斯卡酸奶”在中国的营销计划和费用预算计划;并根据帕斯卡公司的支持政策制定产品推广策略、渠道推广方案和 各阶段促销方案。
2、对预算费用进行管理和追踪;
3、负责帕斯卡品牌在中国的公关活动和媒体宣传的策划与组织实施;
4、市场竞品分析,对消费群体及产品进行细分,确定目标消费群体、市场定位及产品定位;
5、完成收集整理每月的市场销售数据,定期制定评估各区域的促销方案;
6、对帕斯卡品牌在中国区的代理商、经销商进行管理并建立良好的合作关系;
任职资格:
1、 市场营销、广告策划相关专业本科及以上学历,年龄25-30岁;
2、 具备3年以上快速消费品行业产品、品牌营销经验;
3、具有创新精神,积极主动,有上进心,讲诚信;
4、英语听、说、读、写熟练
5、良好的数据分析和统计能力;沟通交际能力佳
6、能接受经常出差

Job Description
Brand Manager
Overview
Leche Pascual Group is an Spanish Dairy Company leader in Spain and one of the most recognize Dairy Companies in Europe, we have a turnover of 1 bill $ and 2.500 employees.
Right now the company is submerged in an important internationalization project for our long life yogurt division; we have opened a factory in Venezuela, a joint venture in Philippines, and creating local teams in the strategic areas.
In China we have started a distribution for our long life yogurts in 2012 and we are looking a Brand Manager reporting to the Area Manager based in Spain and working closely with the International Marketing department in order to maintain the image of the company, will take care with the following responsibilities:
Marketing Plan
- Develop a Marketing plan based on the marketing budget assigned, and aligned with the International Marketing Department and the Distributor.
- Manage and track marketing budgets.
- Works with trade marketing executive for most effective trade merchandising materials and trade initiatives to maximize brand presence at trade level and increasing sales opportunities.
- Develop ATL - BTL promotions based on the budget assigned.
- Control and Management the promoters activities.
- Launch the activity of Pascual yogurt in the Chinese Social Media.
- Create - Open and feed the Chinese web page.
- Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
- Drives consumer understanding and insights that defines our prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
- Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies.
- Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand manager in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
- Analyzes consumer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment.
- Close contact and management with third party marketing agencies.
- Maintain and update library of legal and competitive claims.
Business Analysis
- Close relationship and activity, management with the distributor.
- Responsible for day-day management for brand (forecasting, sales updates) Lead cross functional teams.
- The BM is expected to develop monthly reports for the management.
- This includes: Control stock distributor, sell out of the distributor by channel/ retail/ province, rotation sku’s in the stores, effectiveness of the promotions.
- Expected to identify business opportunities and look new channels for the yogurt category.
- Control how works the product and brand in the different provinces and look for open new provinces where we are not in.
- Help to introduce the yogurt in new channels such us Food Service.
- Manage brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them and update them as necessary, and understand the USP’s of the products and brand.
Looking For:
- Male or Female between 25 – 30 years old.
- This position requires a university+ degree ideally in Marketing related area.
- A minimum 3 year experience in product/brand marketing with multi-national, preferably, FMCG companies is required for successful performance.
- In addition, innovative, strong analytical, organizational, communication and language (English & Chinese in particular) skills are necessary.
- Good knowledge in social media.
- Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills .
- Good numerical and statistical skills.
- Taking initiative, self-motivation, proactive and integrity are also important.
- With Sales and Online aptitude.
- Experience/knowledge of Mainland China markets with good consumer insight.
- Able to travel at least 30 % of the time.
