Senior project manager responsible for all projects in Shanghai and other cities in Greater China. This position will lead large and complex projects and also provide oversight on smaller less complex projects led by an external project manager and/or facilities operations. Accountable for ensuring all projects are completed in conformance with approved schedule, budget and scope. Projects include green field, new building, major expansions, upgrades, maintenance and repairs. Collaborates effectively with Global Real Estate partners and other internal functions to deliver projects. Partners with internal procurement to select external providers for all projects. Applies global standards/guidelines consistently to all projects. Responsible for accurate reporting (capital and one-time expense) on all project spend in the Greater China sub region. Reports to the APJ Construction, Engineering and Project Management leader for Global Real Estate.

Qualifications

Qualifications
First level university degree with a focus in project management, engineering or architecture; advanced degree or professional license (in engineering, project management or architecture) strongly preferred. 10+ years in the design and construction industry with 5 years of direct project management experience. Project experience should include tenant fitout, lab, data center, manufacturing and customer space.
