Description
Participates as a member of a Global Application Development Team in the LES Shanghai. The individual need to work with the persons came from different country and time region. The application is for automatic testing of HP product.
This person will be responsible for design, development, test, support, and maintenance of the automation test application. In the same time, he will oversee and continue improving process of automation testing.
Qualifications

Qualifications
Education:
• B.S (Masters preferred) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience using C++/C#.
Required Skills:
• Experience with Object Oriented Analysis & Design.
• Experience with software development lifecycles including Scrum or a similar Agile process.
• Practical experiences with multiple programming languages and technologies such as C, C++, C#, Java, XML and JavaScript.
• Experience in Windows/Macintosh application development, including common IDEs and process tools,
• Demonstrated experience in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures, simultaneously including ability to exercise independent judgment,
• Strong problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile development and Test Driven Development behaviors.
• Skills in the area of rapid prototyping.
• Innovative and creative approach to solving problems ("Think outside of the box" mentality)
• Test Automation experience desired
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in collaborative environment and learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Solid English skills(written, oral, and visual)
