工作职责：
负责在中国地区推广和销售欧洲著名电视广播媒体集团旗下的各类媒体。任务包括：
- 开拓及拜访中国国内致力于向欧洲市场出口、并积极拓展和发展其欧洲市场的公司和机构，与客户达成广告投放合作。
- 为客户提供国际市场传播策略咨询服务，帮助其制定海外媒介投放计划。
该职位须与客户建立良好关系并定期提供媒介提案，工作地点在集团在中国的国际代理公司，与法国巴黎的市场团队协作，并将得到该团队的培训和协助。
资历要求：
- 至少一年电视/广播媒体经验，或者媒体/广告代理公司销售经验。
- 高度自我激励。出色的沟通、谈判和提案技能。
- 敏锐的商业触觉，以及拓展新业务时志在必得的决心。
- 了解媒介购买/策划的基本常识，拥有对电视和广播媒体及国际市场的热情。
- 独立工作的能力。
- 可以国内和国外出差。
- 英文说写流利。

Position: International Advertising Sales Executive
Location: Shanghai
Job duties:
You will be in charge of promoting and selling the various media under a leading European TV and Broadcast media network in China. Your mission will mostly consist in:
- prospecting, meeting and closing advertising deals with Chinese companies who are export oriented or actively expanding into and developing the European markets.
- advising them on their international communication strategy and construct for their media plan proposals.
You will be required to construct strong sales arguments, establish good relationships and deliver regular presentations and proposals to clients.
You will work for the international agency of the group in China.
You will work together with, and will be trained and assisted by, a strong marketing team based in Paris.
Qualifications:
- At least one year work experience in TV/Radio media, or experience on a sales position in media or advertising agencies.
- Highly motivated sales person. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Business acumen with a strong "go getting" approach when tracking new businesses.
- Understanding the basics of media buying/planning, enthusiastic towards television, radio and international markets.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to travel domestically and abroad.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
