Background to the role

We are looking to appoint a senior talented individual who can play an instrumental role in leading and driving growth and transformation. It is critical for the individual to have expertise in selling complex B2B solutions and driving new business through existing relationships and new clients.

This role will be highly visible within the organization and will be responsible for shaping and developing a business development plan that will deliver significant ROI. The individual will work closely with the APAC Head of Business Development as well as the Country Managing Director and the wider Business Development teams.

Demonstrating impact and leveraging relationships will be critical to the success of this person. Additionally, challenging the status quo and a capacity to influence and drive change will be key contributors to success.

We want to attract people who are entrepreneurial in outlook, who have the headroom to grow with the business. Initiative will be critical to succeed in the organization.

Responsibilities

· Establish and execute a Business Development Plan in the geography that establishes potential targets, engagement strategy, timelines and revenue to be achieved

· Collaborate with service lines and marketing functions to inform and deliver the above

· Achieve against agreed metrics including revenue objectives

· Identify issues in target clients and develop relevant solutions to address client business need – collaborate with service lines/marketing and other BD professionals to maximize revenue/solutions to client

· In the support of the above where relevant maximize third party relationships

· Work as a part of the Global company to support sales drives in other geographies

· Report to Regional Sales Leader on delivery against plan


Requirement


· Demonstrable track record of new business sales achievement in a B-to-B solutions sales organization – preference for BPO/Solutions sales

· Experience of dealing at a senior C Suite level to identify client issues and proven record of developing appropriate solutions

· Excellent relationship building skills and personally credible

· Team orientated with a collaborative approach to working

· Fluency in written and spoken English with proficiency in relevant further language

· Degree educated with a broad based business awareness

· Self-starter with high levels of personal motivation underpinned by team ethos

· Organized and self-disciplined happy working across the operational/strategic continuum

· Familiarity with a matrix operating model and capable of dealing with ambiguity

· Outcomes focused – makes things happen
