Tasks:

Technical focus on gasoline engine vehicle calibration tasks in vehicle (all possible functions)
Planning and execution of engine test procedures in vehicle
Documentation of calibration work
Evaluation of measurement data
Evaluation of technical problems (e.g. unusual measurement data or malfunction) and implement proper solutions
Planning and execution of vehicle test runs (summer, winter, high altitude)
Technical project management and support
Communication with calibration experts in IAV headquarter in Germany
Communication interface to clients, suppliers, and development partners
Presentation of technical project status

Requirements

Master or PhD degree in automotive engineering, mechatronics or similar with main focus on combustion engines and engine control
Working experience in engine vehicle calibration is beneficial
Knowledge of testing and analysis tools (e.g. INCA, DiagRA, Canape, CAN-Bus-analysis tools)
Knowledge of Western and Chinese culture
Language skills: Chinese, English and German
Ability to work independent and flexible
Ability to work out technical details
Willing to travel if necessary (e.g. vehicle tests in China, business trip to Germany)
Fun in vehicle driving and testing
