职位描述
Position Title: GBS Accountant (33851BR)
Key role in accounting process of bank related and tax related to ensure compliance with Volvo Financial Policies and Procedures as well as China GAAP.
Key Responsibility
? Handle bank payment, reconciliation and cash forecast
? Prepare bank reconciliation statement and get proper signature
? Responsible for bank accounts opening, inspection, renewal, closing and any bank documents change
? Overseas payment request and arrangement (including prepare for import cargo record list, expatriate related)
? Overseas invoices clearance in SAP
? Handle tax issues including Input and Output VAT, withholding tax, statutory tax report and other tax related
? Processing tax returns of government subsidy
? Ad hoc assignments
Main competence requirements
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance area
? Above 3 years accounting experience in MNC
? SAP experience is a plus
? CICPA is a plus
? High level of integrity and ethical values
? Team player
? Proactive personality with good communication skills
? Fluent in English speaking and writing
