This is a 7 month FTE, please think it over before apply, thanks.
Major Responsibilities:
- Drive efficient HR Services delivery of compensation & benefit specific process as well as corresponding interfaces, proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPIs). Handle all complex process activities.
- Proactively involved in cross departmental groups and projects to support an integrated HR service.
- Has an overview about compensation & benefit processes, changes, project requests and developments within China and supports in administration as needed.
- Handle individual queries which cannot be handled by (Front Office or C&B) Associates and are not related to any status update of administrative tasks of defined compensation & benefit processes as well as ensuring administrative support for other HR related queries. The position take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
- Drive local support and knowledge for incident/problem management for local topics based on global steering and rules.
- Deliver Global / Regional / or country specific training to HR Services Associates.
- Proactively drive the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered.
- Proactively drives projects and services with cooperation of Compensation. & Benefits. Expert (e.g. data analysis, proposal generation, etc.)
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources or Finance & Accounting.
- More than 3 years C&B experience of working within international teams.
- English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form.
- Knowledge of key major HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces as well as knowledge of the global and local Bayer HR policies.
- Strong customer orientation with proven experience, service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration.
- Being a team player who is able to support change and motivate others.
- High degree of reliability and motivation.
- Experience of necessary tools (e.g. SAP Customer Relationship Management), labor law desirable.
