Tasks Description

Major Responsibilities:
- Handle efficient HR Services delivery of managing employee inquiry process according to policies and standards, taking ownership of the solutions (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures), identify service delivery issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPIs) by proposing solutions.
- Process employee inquiry from different channels (HR portal, emails, phone calls, fax and letters).
- Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries via CRM tool to secure on appropriate customer service at any point in time. (e.g. holiday or sudden absence).
- Refer issues to the HR Services (Senior) Professionals when unable to solve personally.
- Be the contact point for individual queries regarding to the status of current administrative tasks of defined HR processes. Take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
- Data maintenance in SAP GUI system according to requirements.
- Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for China.
- Proactively supports projects and services, for example, identifying past trends in HR Services in order to recommend improvements.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- College degree or similar and a basic understanding of HR processes.
- Desirable is HR Services experience.
- Fluent in English language skills, plus local language requirements.
- Knowledge of the employee inquiry/customer service process desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- High degree of reliability and motivation.
- Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing process environment.
- Experience and knowledge in SAP operation.
