- For our Corporate Technology in Shanghai we are looking for a Project Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Work with global EN/PLM team for ENCO topic. Include but not limited to COMPASS, CATS. Provide essential training and support to local project manager, resource manager and end users.
- Start the process to develop solution measures in case of problems
- Be able to estimate the consequences of changes in requirements / delivery items / services
- Open and target oriented communication about information, knowledge and experiences from the project
- Be responsible for assigned process specifications (update communicate with SAG)
- Support IPT to execute and monitor events and programs progress; manage budget controlling; evaluate and analyze (incl. capacity expense, resources assignment, actual spending VS planning cost) and provide reports in order to improve the process efficiency and quality.
- Be accountable for university collaboration
- Management of the collaboration process from identifying a partner, project design, project implementation, completion of data collection, storage and presentation and final closure of the projects;
- Assist in regularly review the progress of cooperation projects
- be familiar with the basic procedures for steering and controlling financial aspects of the project and knows the basic economic indicators
- supports preparation of the financial figures of the project in respect to project progress regular financial status reports (on demand)
- Contact GT EN/PLM BA for cost allocation (travel cost, sow and POs).
- Support SLC CT BA to review cost structure within department. Support monthly and yearly closing including charging to SAG.
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Acquisition of technical knowledge through experience in engineering, logistics and/or business administration in different functions.
- Good knowledge of Siemens various system including purchasing, expense, time sheet, travel arrangement, etc.
- Good team player, negotiation and communication skills. Be able to work under deadlines in dynamic working environment. Has responsibility for coordinating work packages within projects
- Chinese and English language skills are essential.
- The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the quality management, project management, Suppliy Management & Logistics, Process knowledge (Procurement) and finance.
