- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for an Industry Marketing Manager.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for industry marketing for 1-2 major industry and serves as a senior level marketing industry manager to support strategic industry initiatives.

- Includes responsibilities in a few years of marketing including Public Relations, Industry marketing, social media, advertising, marketing communications, media relationship, etc.

- Works with executives to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive marketing strategies and plans.

- Operates with limited supervision.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing preferred

- Must have 5+ years in industry marketing in IT industry (software industry preferred)

- Regional marketing experience working together Sales team and excellent sales alignment experience [MUST]

- Strong alignment with Sales team, Product manager and different echo system [Must]

- At least 2-3 years PR and communication related job (Preferred)

- Excellent command of Chinese and English (in written and verbal)

- Must have demonstrate their idea clearly and logically

- Must have Media management experience

- Confident to lead PR agency and guide them for strategic PR activity

- Should be able to visualize strategic PR initiatives to higher level of reputation

- Strong and demonstrated analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills

- Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels inside Siemens PLM and industry

- Ability to travel both domestically in China and internationally

- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint& Excel

- Strong business acumen

- Customer oriented and teamwork based character

- High energy, result driven, aggressive, persistent, patient and attention to details.

- Highly motivated individual with desire to learn quickly and adopt new trend and to develop new idea
