- To establish and execute the right legal strategy and actions on the default customer to reduce company's loss
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
- Monitor legal collection procedures, propose the legal strategy and execute the legal actions.
- Searching and keep in close touch with outsourcing legal firms and local government
- Conduct collections for seriously delinquency accounts, and work with appointed law firm to represent SFLL in legal proceedings
- Ensure proper management of account receivables by minimizing net credit losses of current portfolio and maximizing recoveries
- Be able to adopt collection system and decision tools to improve collection efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and strengthen the relationship with the cooperated legal partner /court /arbitration committee
- Coach the junior collectors on legal actions and legal collection skills
- Take the lead to follow up the enforcement process for the legal cases
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years collection and debt restructuring experience or special asset management experience in banks or other financial institutions
- Experience in legal suit or arbitration preferred
- Exposure to international companies will be a plus
- Formal experience in collection in China will be a plus
- Be familiar with the process of arbitration\litigation\enforcement and the related law of China.
Education
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Law.
Knowledge / Languages
- Fluent English (read / write)
Capabilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a veteran on the communication with government\court\customer
- Good understanding of local legal practices and leasing business
