- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Team Assistant who will be responsible for the management of international Wind Power;projects.

What are my responsibilities?

- travel arrangements like air ticket , accommodation etc

- tracking Travel Applications/Travel Expense Claim as well as General Expense

- claim process for the leadership of Business Sub Segment and support for the team support the whole APAC ON SROA &APAC ON SROA BA team e.g. help with invitation letter, hotel

- booking and other arrangement for internal and external visitors (not limited to visitors to Shanghai);

- responsible for office equipment and stationary ordering (purchasing process has to follow SLC regulations, SCM IM contact);

- organizing and coordination of internal/external meeting and workshop;

- support for Mgmt for needed presentation, Minutes of Meetings etc. and other tasks required by E WAPAC ON SROA and E W APAC ON SROA BA;

- organize workspace for Business Sub Segment

- handling of documents (filing, scanning, distribution);

- support delegates, new comers to Siemens and/or to E WAPAC, therefore corporate with CDC, HR and other corporate departments What do I need to qualify for this job?

- excellent English, must;

- experience in an international environment desired, but not necessary;

- excellent in Microsoft Office Applications, must MS Outlook, Word,

- PowerPoint;

- familiar with administrative processes and procedures in Siemens especially in SLC e.g. Nexus, preferred; ;
